Digital Accessibility

Lubbock Christian University is committed to providing equal opportunities in its educational and administrative services, programs, and activities, in compliance with federal and state laws. LCU strives to ensure that digital content is fully accessible and adheres to the international standard of accessibility, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, (WCAG), version 2.1 AA (as of May 24, 2024).

Information Technology, MarCom, and the Office of Accessibility Services share the responsibility of ensuring that web pages and web-based resources are accessible to individuals with disabilities. They also oversee institutional compliance with LCU's Digital Accessibility Regulation.

Report a Digitial Access Barrier

If you encounter a disability-related barrier or access issue with digital materials, content, or technology, please report it using the Digital Access Barrier form: Report a Barrier.

Upon receiving the concern, website administrators will promptly and fairly review the access issue. If necessary, they will collaborate with relevant campus administrators, such as the LCU Coordinator for Accessibility Services, especially regarding student accessibility concerns related to educational materials. LCU will provide a response to submitted concerns within a reasonable period of time with effective communication for inaccessible content.
